1. Acceptance
By using Ono Credit you agree to these Terms. We are a financial-services facilitator, not a bank.
2. The service
We assist you in obtaining a secured credit card backed by a fixed deposit. The credit limit is up to 5× your funded, lien-marked FD. The FD and card are issued by regulated banking/NBFC partners.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+, an Indian resident with valid PAN, and able to fund the FD.
4. Membership & fees
A one-time membership and applicable fees apply and are shown with GST before payment. See Fees & Charges.
5. Letters & signatures
You will digitally sign a sequence of letters. Signed copies are stored in your portal.
6. Limitation
Approvals by partner institutions are subject to their policies and RBI norms. We facilitate but do not guarantee third-party decisions beyond the secured-card framework.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
